Keine Ahnung ob das alt oder neu ist, aber ICQ hat scheinbar seine AGB geändert. Speziell folgende Passage sorgt für scheinbar erhitzt Gemüter:

You agree that by posting any material or information anywhere on the ICQ Services and Information you surrender your copyright and any other proprietary right in the posted material or information. You further agree that ICQ Inc. is entitled to use at its own discretion any of the posted material or information in any manner it deems fit, including, but not limited to, publishing the material or distributing it.

Die Quelle meint ja, das man auf ein mehrprotokollfähiges Programm wie Trillian wechseln soll. Frag ich mich aber, was das bringen soll, da die AGB ja wohl für das ICQ Netzwerk ansich gelten – und nicht nur für die Software. Und das ICQ Netzwerk nutzen diese Programme ja auch.

Naja, soll jeder selbst entscheiden ob er jetzt Panik bekommt oder Wayne zu rate zieht… ich persönlich steh eher auf Wayne
